Kanye West is selling his vacant Beverly Hills home. He just put the property that he has owned for 9 months now, on the market for $8.699 million. He purchased the property in February for $7,150,000 but never moved in.
The six-bedroom house on the 0.79-acre lot has four baths and is in what is called tear-down condition. The sale price also includes plans to build a new house on the property.
Public records show that West reportedly transferred the house title to his KWLA International LLC company in August.
