Kobe Bryant

Two nights ago in a 106-99 victory over the Sonics at Staples Center, Kobe Bryant scored 35 points to move past Bernard King into the #32 spot on the all time NBA scorers list. Kobe has now accumulated 19,686 points in his 11 year career along with 3 championships that he won with Shaquille O’Neal back in 2000, 2001, and 2002. Bryant is regarded as the best basketball player in the world.

In our opinion the dude is the best player in the league period. We don’t know if he will accomplish his goal in winning another championship before he retires but if not he has still entertained us beyond belief. Will he get traded this season? umm we don’t think so because there is no team that will give up an entire roster for him as he is aging. Anyway congrats Kobe on moving on up that scoring ladder. We imagine that by the season’s end he will have moved somewhere into the mid 20′s as far as all time scorers are concerned, just because we know how this dude can go crazy and drop like ten 50 plus consecutive games in a row. Anyway we look forward to covering this guy this season.
