Jay Z and Beyonce still enjoying paris

Posted by Media Outrage on 7th December 2007

Beyonce and Jay

Everyone’s favorite couple Jay and Beyonce were spotted enjoying day 3 of their Paris birthday celebration/vacation. They were spotted leaving dinner at ‘L’Ombres restaurant which is installed in the new museum of primitive arts. Check out B’s bag and those shoes. Can anyone tell us what kind of shoes they are? We know that must be a Louis Vuitton bag. Nice color scheme home girl can throw it on. And Jay’s scarf game was in full effect…look for a whole bunch of cats to start pulling out there scarf collection. Jay’s shoes are nice wonder what kind. Looks as if Jay isn’t the least bit worried about the growing rumors that he and Def Jam are about to part ways. How can you when you are on vacation with the hottest chick in the game and never have to work another day in your life.

Vivica Fox reaches plea deal for drunken driving

Posted by Media Outrage on 7th December 2007

Vivica Fox

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) -Actress Vivica A. Fox pleaded no contest on Friday to drunken driving and must serve three years probation and complete an alcohol education program, an official said.

Fox changed her plea from not guilty after reaching an agreement with prosecutors.

A lawyer for Fox, 43, entered the new plea to one count of driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or above, said spokesman Frank Mateljan.

A no contest plea is the legal equivalent of pleading guilty under California law.

Judge Stephen Pfahler also ordered the actress to pay nearly $1,200 in fines and fees.

The charge stemmed from an incident on March 20, 2007 when Fox was driving a car at about 80 mph and passed a police vehicle. Authorities said Fox was unable to keep her car in the correct lane and she failed a sobriety test.

She pleaded not guilty in September before reaching the new plea bargain.

Big Meech sentenced to 30 years in prison

By Chris Richburg

Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory was sentenced to 30 years in prison yesterday (Dec. 5) for running the infamous drug organization the Black Mafia Family (BMF).

Flenory pled guilty to multiple counts of charges of running a criminal enterprise and conspiracy to laundering monetary instruments.

The conviction is the latest chapter in the investigation of the Black Mafia Family, which ran an interstate drug ring that sold thousands of kilos of cocaine a week, while raking in over $270 million dollars in cash, real estate and jewelry.

According to court documents, Flenory was accused of serving as a supervisor and organizer of the BMF operation, which utilized more than 50 people to distribute the cocaine in Detroit, Michigan, Orlando, Florida and Atlanta, between 1990 and 2005. Through his dealings, Flenory reaped millions.

Court documents show that he used the profits from his sales to “purchase real estate, vehicles and jewelry in order to promote the drug-trafficking activities of the organization.”

The BMF was investigated for over 15-years, before Flenory and his brother Terry “Southwest T” Flenory and dozens of others were arrested late last year and throughout the course of 2007.

His brother has not been sentenced as of press time.

Remy ma says fat joe stopping her from going to g-unit and she gets at kim

Posted by Media Outrage on 7th December 2007

Remy Ma

Remy Ma spoke about Fat Joe in her interview with XXL Magazine.

With all the talk about you, it was surprising that your solo album didn’t sell well. Is that why you wanted out of your deal?
If you feel I’m not making you any money, and I feel you’re not making me any money, let’s part ways. I’m not blaming Joe for my album sales, I’m just over and done with it. I wasn’t happy with the way things were being marketed and promoted… And it wasn’t no big deal. Universal signed the papers. Steve Rifkind signed the papers. But for 11 months I was going through paperwork with Joe. He put a “no G-Unit” clause in the papers. How are you involving my career in your personal grudges? If I’m not with you, why can’t I do what I want?

So to get out of the contract, you had to sign that you wouldn’t work with anyone from G-Unit?
Everybody’s like, “Are you serious?!” And then everyone laughs. I’m telling you, their government names [are all in the paperwork], like even Prodigy, Havoc, Whoo Kid, Olivia, Hot Rod! I don’t even know this guy Hot Rod! Young Buck, Yayo. It’s like, “Calm down, are you that pressed?” It’s so petty… Am I saying to him, “You can’t do any songs with Lil’ Kim or Foxy Brown”?

You can’t collaborate with anyone from that crew forever?
For three years. So Joe’s checking their charts, calculating, like, hopefully in three years G-Unit fell off.

Dag Joe sounds like you have some insecurity issues. You know if she rolled to G-Unit that she might go platinum and you can’t have that. And the other day Remy had some strong words for Lil’ Kim in light of Kim’s diss song towards her on the 50 Cent ‘I get money’ beat.

Remy Ma’s words….

“That little boy better live me alone.”

Like, how could you be conceited, you don’t even like your own face.

You don’t like your nose, you don’t like your cheek , you don’t like your chin, you don’t like your skin color, you don’t like your tits , you don’t like your stomach, you don’t like your teeth.

When I feel like someone’s getting at me, then I’ll drag them all over the first spot that I see them…like this chic has more ghostwriters than Foxy. I just feel like right now she’s reaching.”

Who do you think would win in a fist fight? Lets take it to a whole different level.”

Patriots one of the most valuable sports franchises in the world at $1.2 billion

Posted by Media Outrage on 7th December 2007

Robert Kraft

Owning a sports team can be a frustrating proposition. Expensive players get in trouble off the field. Coaches’ egos need constant soothing. And fans are fleeting – especially if their team loses as ticket prices rise.

But for some billionaires, the allure of the victory – and the chance their team will soar in value – makes all the player misbehavior, years of rebuilding and negative press worth it.

Take Robert Kraft, the owner of the National Football League’s darling New England Patriots. When Kraft bought the team in 1994 for a then-record $172 million, the team was a faltering money-loser, winning less than half its games since 1959, the year it started. Kraft transformed them into one of the most valuable sports franchises in the world, these days worth $1.2 billion.

On the arm of star quarterback Tom Brady, the Pats won three Super Bowls and have the best record in the league this season. The success of the team made Kraft a billionaire.

Kraft is now worth $1.4 billion.
