Jay Z’s 40/40 fails inspection

Sources are reporting that Jay Z’s Las Vegas 40/40 hasn’t passed inspection and unless he comes up with certain licenses and certificates by Sunday he will not be permitted to go on as planned with that huge New Year’s bash that he and Beyonce have so intricately planned and begun selling extremely expensive tickets for.
The superstar couple were planning to wow the party goers with a special Jay and B performance to really set things off. A lot of people have already purchased tickets and if the extravaganza is canceled due to this they would have to refund all of that money back. So we will see what happens as Sunday approaches.
