Halle Berry was honored with an award at the 19th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards ceremony for her role in “Things We Lost in The Fire”. Halle is still beaming rays of flyness all over the place despite the fact that she is over 6 months pregnant.

Beyonce stated in the VIBE magazine earlier this year that she doesn’t go on the internet, so maybe she is looking at potential screen savers. Maybe they are on the internet reading the many reports that claim they were secretly married in Paris. Speaking of their mystery wedding here is what Jay had to say about it…..

“A wedding will be sooner rather than later though, but it will be kept a serious private celebration for our very closest family and friends. When it does happen, we’ll keep it very quiet. When we read these news reports about hiding tattoos under wedding rings, we laughed together and said, uh huh, another wild one – put it with the other 80,000.”

We don’t believe you Jay. Definitely think you guys are married because you are already admitting that if you are not married when you do tie the knot you don’t plan on admitting it anyway. Maybe they are maybe they are not it will come out one day.

T.I. and his wife Tiny are having a bay boy. Congrats to the happy couple. T.I.’s evidence suppression hearing has been pushed back a few weeks. That is when his lawyers will argue before a judge that certain evidence should not be legally allowed to be submitted as evidence in the trial because it may have been obtained in an illegal fashion.

Michael Vick could be released from prison earlier than expected and possibly return to the NFL.

“Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick could be getting out of federal prison much earlier than anticipated after applying for a prison-monitored drug rehabilitation program and evidently being moved into the program in Leavenworth, Kan.

The program could have Vick out of prison by the end of this year and perhaps back in the NFL by the 2009 season.

A source confirmed to Yahoo! Sports on Friday that Vick has applied to the program, which is run only at the federal facility at Leavenworth. An official with the Federal Bureau of Prisons said Friday that Vick was being transported to Leavenworth.

Under the program, Vick could be released after serving only 12 months of the 23-month sentence Vick was given Dec. 10 in Richmond, Va. It’s unclear exactly when Vick would be released because it’s unclear whether the 12-month term starts from when he voluntarily began serving his prison term in November or whether it starts from when he enters Leavenworth.

As it stands, Vick’s 23-month prison term could translate to a release in the summer of 2009, putting his attempts at a return to the NFL for that season in jeopardy. But if Vick were to be released in late 2008 or early 2009, his opportunity to return to the league after missing only two seasons would be boosted significantly. Members of Vick’s camp continue to hope that NFL commissioner Roger Goodell will decline to tack on a lengthy suspension following Vick’s release from prison.”
