Diddy might have to pay $130million lawsuit

Damn another lawsuit for this guy??? MTV is reporting that Diddy completed his deposition in the $130million civil lawsuit filed by Natania Reuben for the 1999 shooting that took place in a New York club by Shyne (Jamal Barrow who changed his name in 2006 to Moses Michael Leviy in honor of his Jewish heritage) in which she was shot in the face.
According to Shyne’s legal counsel, Oscar Michelen, Diddy completed his deposition on Wednesday, which now puts the wheels in motion for a trial date to be set, possibly as soon as early 2009.
If Diddy’s testimony in the deposition results in his being included in the civil lawsuit, he could potentially be on the hook for the entire payout, should Rueben win the case.
Mediaoutrage- Definitely didn’t know that Shyne changed his name nor that he had a Jewish heritage. Interesting. That shooting incident is definitely the reason why J-Lo jumped ship. We’re pretty sure her people advised her that the bad publicity could jeopardize her acting career.
