Singer/Songwriter Keri Hilson, Da Brat, Stephen Belafonte and wife Mel B all hit up the ASCAP Pop music awards last night in LA. Melanie seemed to be more open to the public display of affection from her husband at this event. Da Brat was Ed Hardy’d down but looking alright.
