Ciara, Terrence J, Rocsi and Russell Simmons all attended the 2008 National Hip-Hop Team Vote Launch in Philly Sunday at the Liacouras Center at Temple University. Ciara was looking extremely bangin in her Vote in 08 shirt. Them tata’s look pretty swoll. Terrence and Rocsi were once again looking like the perfect couple. Speaking of voting we’re told that Barack Obama spoke in Philly Friday night in front of about 20,000 people outside the Constitution Center and rocked it.
