Not Mike Epps?

*A process server claims he was beaten up by Mike Epps and two other men when he tried to serve him with a paternity lawsuit in Kentucky.
The alleged victim told Louisville police that he was backstage at Louisville Gardens waiting for his moment to serve the comedian. As he approached and tried to hand Epps the papers, the alleged beatdown ensued.
The man says he suffered an abrasion to the right side of his head and his left eye was swollen shut, according to his complaint.
Mediaoutrage- Damn Mike is it like that? You got to go all Bishop Weeks on a nucca just for trying to do his job??? But that sounds like a severe ass whooping to have the eye swollen shut. Ouch!

Any actor has bodyguards. If they get passed a point and they are not expected or authorized…. better fire them guards if they didn’t beat that person down. In addition, a complaint can be subserved. If it is even true, the process server should have known how to do his job.
