Mike Norman is owner of Mulligan Store in Marietta Georgia (sh*t do we even have to continue? you know they have the f*cking Confederate Flags flying down there geez) is the subject of controversy and we’re on his racist old ass. He’s selling Barack Obama shirts with a monkey peeling a banana that is supposed to resemble curious George on the front of them but not Barack’s face. Is he f*cking serious??? He claims the shirts have no racist intent and that he just thinks it resembles Barack. He said when he saw it “man look at those ears and that hairline, thats it I didn’t think anything racist.” Yea f*cking right and George Bush hates oil. When will these in the woods redneck muthaf*ckas fall back and get cured of their sickness? Somebody needs to organize a black panther rally and invite him as keynote speaker. Discuss……..

These fools can’t tell me that that t-shirt wouldn’t be found offensive. They knew exactly what they were doing. The point is they don’t care.
In PA, before their primary, a white girl was campaigning for Sen. Obama when a citizen of that particular county they were in told them that they would never vote for him and “we need to hang that darky”. WTF!!! This is something that is going to continue. Folk and their backwards ass way of thinking. When you get down to it race plays a HUGE factor in this election.
Now if somebody decided to pull a Radio Raheem ala “Do the Right Thing” and burn that mickey-ficky down then they would say we were wrong.

I’m at the point that I’m so over racism, I don’t think it will NEVER not exist in this country or world for that matter. White people are scared of us, and the racism is caused by fear, I definitely agree with that comment DT. I was driving to a train station a few weeks back and this white lady cut me off ridiculously so I honked at her and she honked right back, we got up to the next light, and of course I started yelling out of my window out of pure anger because she could have hit me, as soon as she looked at me and saw I was a black woman, she turned back straight and grabbed the wheel with both hands and never turned back, now it was a warm day so our windows were down and she heard everything I said, she was SCARED because I’m black. That happens all the time, white folk with talk outside their neck with their folk, but let it be a confrontation with one of us, they back down like a scared puppy with their tail in between their legs. and i’m from KY, so you know I know a thing or two about racism. Someone needs to burn down this mans store because you know he’s burned a few crosses in OUR yard!!

M.O. i read your comments section at the top so i won’t use the language that i really woujld like to, but this video infuriates me on so many levels. I’m from North Carolina and there is still a lot of racism that takes place here, but when you have grown up around it it tends not to really surprise or bother you as much. I have become desensitized to it. But they should have definitely opened up a big 2liter of Whoooop his F*cking Ass for being bold with his hatred. Hey Lai’Lani! oh it’s a small world, what school does your cousin go too??? I went to college in a small town and that’s where I experienced most of it outright. I’d never been called a n*gger to my face until I went away to school. I definitely agree racism starts in the home, but I believe too that a lot of racists are scared of us, well a lot of them, they are scared to try and accept you, so they just are against you. When I was in the dating game, I never wanted to date a white dude just because I knew his parents or grandparents would not approve even if he loved me, so I’ve never put myself in that situation.

@Sweetthang, girl you know you have said a mouth full. I am getting to that point of being over racism as well. Its so tired and I don’t understand why folk don’t just give up the ignorance. I am amazed here in Memphis and surrounding areas (Southhaven, MS – is just down the street from me) the racial attitudes and the denial that they are of such. In this day and age, I at 39 years old am still followed around a department store as if I’m going to steal something.
My grandfather was ran from Holly Springs, MS to Memphis by the klan and still managed to teach his children and grandchildren not to hate a person because of the color of their skin. If I can be non-racist anyone can.

I know she is in Kentucky though because she is constantly complaining about some of the racist attitudes. But she’s not from the south so this is kind of new to her. She is from New York.

This never ceases to amaze me with Black people. Let a site like this one point out nothing but alleged racist actions of white people but never point out racist actions of other races such as black people. Why is that? I have been on black sites where they call britney spears Trailer Park Trash forgive me WHITE TRAILER PARK TRASH! and call Kim Kardashian a WHITE HO! and no one cries racism then why not? Is it because if it is a black person or people spreading hate then its not racism? Maybe the shirt has racist intent and maybe it doesnt. I do believe that racism is a multi-faceted fear as well as a taught consensus of hatred based on whites being better and superior to blacks.

Well now Paul glad you chimed in. Let me clue you in on one fact really quick….Black folk didn’t invent racism. Any action done by a black and percieved by a non-black is a REaction to the racism you called “ALLEGED”. Blacks can very well be racist, but let it be known that we didn’t get this way over night. It took 400 years to get to where we are right now. Blame your ancestors and help us find a solution to the problem.

My point is i was trying to get an answer from this cowardly staff. I have been on here days when they interact with the rest of the commenters but not whenever somebody white ask a question why is that? Maybe my point is to show white readers that they might be racist since they dont post about white celebs, athletes, intellectuals, and the only postings about whites is stuff like this that attempts to depict all white people as racist. Hi all, I am not trying to agree with Paul nor evoke any acrimonious emotions my way, I actually enjoy the postings on this site. I am white but am more interested in black celebrities than others. The content on here is funny to me and my co-workers. But i do see one of Paul’s points but i am not saying Mediaoutrage should post content that they are not interested in but maybe some of the readers will understand that he is saying that it seems white people are portrayed in a bad light only. I am not saying that because i like the site just tryhing to shed some light. But afternoon everyone. This is entertaining to me. The they he is referring to is evidently Mediaoutrage. Case in point, if you peruse the rights side or your screen you will see a list of celebrity names, topics and other entertainment or social items. There are post on Stephen King, Barbara Walters, Ashley Qualls (the Whateverlife.com creater – damn I wish I had thought of that); as well as Charlize Theron, Reese itherspoon and Brad Pitt. All of those posts are about “WHITE” people/celebs and none of those topics/post depict them in any ill or racist way.
Now like DT, MO doesn’t need me to vouch for them, but since you called not only MO’s character into question, but its readers as well I felt compelled to address such comments.
