We all know that this past weekend Nick Cannon was out without the wife for like the first time and he was kicking it with Diddy king of the jump-offs and Quincy President, Prince, and King of the young jawns, well the NYPost is reporting that Nick had to end his night early to his dismay and head on home.
Via Nypost:
NICK Cannon learned the meaning of “If you don’t pay, you got no say” this weekend. Mariah Carey’s new husband was trying to have a boys’ weekend at Saturday’s opening of the MGM Grand at Foxwoods with pals Sean Combs and Quincy Jones when he got a call from Carey. “He was summoned home by her at 1 in the morning,” a source said. “He didn’t look happy about it.” A rep for Carey didn’t return calls.
Mediaoutrage- We don’t know how much truth there is to this report but if it’s true dag Nick. Now from Mariah’s viewpoint you can understand why she might not want Nick out with King of the jump-offs and King of the Young Jawns, but then again he’s a celeb already so he can jump off any chick whenever he chooses. But Nick if it’s true be a man and grow some peanuts. Ladies forget them but what do you think about over bearing wives who try and lock their husbands down like runaway pit bulls????

It will come back to haunt them (overbearing wives). You cannot smother a brother, plain and simple. You give them that time, but then you let them have time with their boys. My EX sister in-law did it to my brother. She would sit on the hood in the car and watch him play ball in hot 100 degree weather. I was like don’t you have something to do. Go walk in the mall or something. Needless to say they got divorced a two years later.
I still think this is a publicity stunt. They are carrying it a bit far and I guess trying to make it seem believable. This mess gonna be a reality show come Fall. Ya’ll just wait.

Overbearing wifes are some low self esteem sometimes bordline (or way ova the line) pshyiatric cases that are an embarassment to themselves and their husbands.
Nick should have known Mariah was like that evn though he just meet her a second ago bcuz she is well known for being a DIVA or in otha words a straight up B****.But then again thats prolly why she married him—he’s an obedient puppy (now that i said that i jus realized he kinda does look like puppy). I’m gonna stop hatin and let Mariah enjoy her new toy!

To be totally honest M.O., I think women who try and lock their husbands down are just asking for disaster. If he’s not happy at home and you the women is always talking crazy to him and not making him feel like a man, 9 times out of 10 times he’s going to cheat on her and it will be all her fault. I hate to say that but it’s so true. For all you men out there who let your women control you, grow some gonads, and for all you women who treat your good men like dogs, don’t be surprised if he’s cheating on you and don’t get mad when you find out! He will only take that crap for so long

Goormorning everyone. Yes i agree with Sweetthang. Hopefully my girlfriend doesn’t read this site but she is a controlling bitch to her husband. He is only allowed to go out like one day of the week if it’s not work. He’s not really allowed to hang with his single boys which i tell her all of the time is wrong. She hangs with us all of the time while he is home chilling. But she makes a big deal when he wants to go out and hang with his boys for a weekend, but yet instill me her and 6 more of our girls went to Vegas for 5 days this past summer and he was cool with it but let him plan that trip and she would electrocute his ass

Not entirely sure I buy this story….Why did she let him go out there in the first place? How did the source know that he was on the phone with her?
However, if it is true it just shows how much of a punk he is and how pathetic he is. I completely agree with DT and Udamnright.
W2m said it best about the reality show, for which i’ll keep a lookout for and will be tuning into watch….it will be about how the punked the media and entire country with little effort.

As much money as she has, what happened to the honeymoon. Its not like she is on tour (or is she and I missed that bit of information). If I was a newlywed, believe that me and hubby would be holed up for days waking everybody up. Nobody would get any sleep.

If this is true, I feel for Nick. but what did he think was going to happen?
He married(?)someone who is reportedly a diva and wants to have it her way, PLUS, she is the one with the BIG, BIG bucks and she is what, 9 or 10 years older than he is. Did he really think he was going to do whatever he wanted to do when he wanted to do it?
Trust me, this is the first of many phone calls or demands to jump when she says jump.
No grown person, male or female wants their freedom on a schedule made up by another person.
If they are truly legally married, then, I feel, a divorce is right around the corner.

A person can only do what you allow them to. If he allows her to put him on a short leash she will definitely have him on a schedule and counting his every move. He is very very young and talented and although she is Mariah Carey, she is much older and experienced. He still has a lot of growing up to do and he is probably not ready to be tied down like that. It won’t last! I hope the best for them but I don’t think this was too smart on Mariah’s part.
