    you know what sucks, the fact that there are so many talented people out there who would kill to be in her position to be even offered a role, and this chick says, I don’t know how good i’ll be at it! ARE YOU SERIOUS! you won’t be good at it with your non singing behind!! just like Bey can’t act, but because she’s in the industry with that industry money, she’s in there like swim wear ugh!

    @Sweetthang, SAY THAT!! Damn, I’m tripping because I got my projects I’m trying to release (film director ya’ll) and its hard as hell to get out there. I mean you don’t know how good you will be at it…how about investing in your craft(s). I have been writing and filming for years, but for lack of access and funds, it gets harder and harder to get yourself out there. Especially with all these reality shows and anybody who as DT put it that has a record label getting out there.

    W2m i would tell you to put your projects on YouTube start out there with the money that you have and you can gage a real response from your work from the millions of people that search entertainment on there. I have seen a lot of stuff take off from YouTube. thats my 2cents

You know what, I’m in a similar boat, I’m a musician trying to break out too, but like you said with little promotion and funds, it’s super hard to break through, but sis we just have to keep on truckin! One day our hard work will pay off. We gotta keep encouraging each other.

    I think that Youtube idea is great udamnright!

    Trust me becasue it gives you an honest opinion from the public viewers that dont know you and dont give a f*ck about your feelings being hurt or happy. So if i were like a rapper or something i would definitely post vids on YouTube cause it would give me a feeling of how people who dont know me feeel about my shit.
