Weezy, Weezy…….Im trying to figure out where I heard this name before. Ain’t that the name of the lady from The Jeffersons???? Why does anyone listen to this dude. He’s not even the orignal WEEZY and no one even listend to the real weezy, not even her husband. Now me, myself, personally ( an by the way thats all the same person) don’t think Al Sharpton is MLK either but atleast he stands up for things that he believes need to be addressed. I Love AL SHarpton. No matter what people say about him, because like beatbanga said, when the real stuff like Jena 6 occurred he was down there and was able to use his name to attract the media for that amazing peaceful march. The title is hilarious lol cause i am a goodtimes fanatic! But what’s crazy is that i work with plenty of extremely nice white people who are really no different than us but a few stupid people sometimes give them a bad name as a whole and i now try not to even judge the majority off of the minority. People are people despite the color of their skin. Im willing to bet, that when 9/11 happened, no one was looking at a persons melanin or lack of before they tried to help one another get out of that building, so why on a regular basis does it matter? Because the media uses color to stillkeep us divided straight up.

@ Yasmin..I feel you on that I have a ethnically diversified family! I have a Jewish grandma and Native American grandfather…so I do not discriminate because of race, culture or ethnicity because of my upbringing!
It’s sad to see that some folks have not moved on from discrimination, racial injustice and prejudiceness…it is apart of this country! But in the West Indies (Jamaica) they do not look at a person’s skin color, you are accepted! I guess that’s why my grandparents lived there for so long!

Ms E yes because its funny my girlfriends (who are mostly all black) will say stuff like i hate white people or all white people this adn im always for a joke, but thats just ridiculous because we are all alike in a way, but just from different cultures and backgrounds thats all. I try to speak to everyone I meet on the street, but I get stared at alot by some of the white men in my building at work (esp. in the elevator..no matter what I am wearing). I even had one say, “Hey baby”, in some deep Barry White voice. I said, hi..but then I was like what the hell?
