Alicia Keys performed in Manchester, England in a pair of jeans that appear to be painted on. Ms. Keys also attended the Keep A Child Alive black ball at Smith Square in London along with Jennifer Hudson. We wonder how long it will be before she makes the smooth transition from music to the big screen.
