Technology: 3G iPhone goes platinum in 3 days

If this was record sales someone in the corporate offices would be doing the bump, crip walking, and organizing a full-fledge soul train line in the hallways due to the fact that it took their artist (3G iphone) 3 days to sell over 1million copies (phones). It took a complete 74 days for the first iphone to go platinum but then again it wasn’t sold in 21 countries either. That’s whats up. How many of you copped the newest version of the iphone? And if so how does it perform in comparison to the 1st?

    My BFF purchased a copy and she had trouble with the downloading the application for itunes, so she had to take hers back! Other than that I could care less!

    I’m not into cell phones like that….I’m carrying a LG flip phone and it was only 49.99….an it came with 20.00 in rebates.

    I got more important things to do with my money than this ish….at the end of the day…they all serve the same purpose!

    Agree…I the end of day it’s just a damn phone playing music…and who the hell want to surf the net on a little screen like that anyways ??? Can’t wait to see the reaction of the new owners once their first phone bill comes in !!! If you’re a really Geek like me and actually look at the spec of the phone, you’ll quickly realize that this phone is the biggest piece of junk release by Apple. Basically it’s like they’re selling shit on a platter. AND THEIR LAUHGING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK!!

    All you have to do is add more memory to your regular phone and you can have music playing on your cell phone too! So who needs an apple?
