Talented actress Tracee Ellis Ross was spotted lunching and getting her shop on at Fred Segal in California on Wednesday afternoon looking rather chic while rocking a pretty unique number. The poor girl always looks as though she has stock in The Goodwill and other local thrift stores. But considering who her mother is doesn’t surprise me in the least.

This is what kills me..the fact that these Celebs think they can pull off anything…STOP it!!..For one…Boots in the middle of JULY..with a Tube Top Dress at that..ABSOLUTE NO NO…that’s like wearing Flip Flops with a heavy coat in the middle of winter….Stick to one season for crying out loud..Secondly, she could’ve coordinated a little better..not saying MATCH from head to toe..but she’s all over the place with the striped purse..the dress..and not to mention the BROWN boots..Good God!! I do like the lipstick, however!

wow its like her stylist laid out 3 different outfits and she got confused. id rock the dress and the purse but not together. those boots…id fill em with rocks and drop em in the nearest big body of water, never to resurface again.
