Everyone’s favorite vocally challenged fashion diva, was spotted out in West Hollywood last night, on her way to what else, but, get her party on. The celebrity life definitely affords a care free spirit. We just hope she’s spending as much time, with a world renown vocal coach, as she is poppin’ tags while tearing the mall up.
