    WTF?!??!?! She is a fuckin nobody. Why is she acting out? Cutting this interview short and trying not to be associated with the family name is stupid. Her people should get her ass under a tight reign and smack some sense into her

    She played her self big time. You could tell she never recovered after realizing that they didn’t say anything lmao! She’s a moron for that. I hate when people act like that just relax. Why try and play-out the person interviewing you? The lady responded with grace.

    She really effed herself on this one..she has a bad attitude! This is not the first time she’s acted a fool. She was doing an interview a couple of weeks ago, right before she performed they asked her if she was at all influenced by Bey or Destiny’s Child and she got really upset…it was ridiculous! Tha alarm is ringing…her 15 minutes are up!

    She needs to go eat some humble pie!

    Well i will disagree with every one on this one.

    Simply because we dont know what was said before the tape was rolling.

    If i was her i would want my own I.D. I wouldnt want people bring up my sister or her husband for that matter.

    She is working hard for people to see her music and ideas not what Bey, Destiny’s Child or Hovy as done.

    So i would be mad if all people talked about was Bey Destiny’s Child and Hovy.

    OBTW…within my list of Solange truths, I failed to mention…inarticulate…ghetto-FAB…and incredibly dense.

    Instead of 3 – 5 years, I should have stated 3 – 5 minutes….

    i actually agree with rocksee. i think that she wasnt nasty or diva-ish. especially after hearing the quote that the reporter read. i can understand that she is tryin to establish herself as an artist independent of hov and bey’s empire. i have said it before and ill say it again, if she wasnt bey’s sister i think her career wouldve blown up by now.

    I understand her position here. She is trying to break into this busines and be recognized as an artist and not as Beyonsed little sister. I guess its important for her be known as solange the artist because she is serious about the craft. Im sure she is tired of being asked how her sister has infuenced her career.

    I think she could have been a little more tactful but she is young and she will get better at dealing with these types of situations and questions. But if you bought the CD she makes it clear that she dosnt want to be defined by her famous family’s sucess.

    But like I promissed I copped the album and review it.

    I loovvvve this album. This album seems as if it was a dedication to most of th R&B music and artists of the 70′ She did an excelllent job reppin them. And many think that her vocal skills need help. But what she lacks in her vocal ability, she makes up in song selection and creativity.

    For someone who wants to be labelled apart from her sister she may want to take a few lessions from Beyonce about how to be a lady and have some class. She just proved that she will never have the sophistication of her Sister. She’s a typical little sister – she’d do better if she quit trying so hard to differentiate herself and just try to be the best at what she does.

    Solange is a fool jack, she acted like a real RUDE little brat, and it was very uncalled for. Sometimes its not what you say it’s how you say it. She should take a lesson from her sister and learn some manners and class. She was very unproffessional and the interview was a complete waste. Solange,pray and ask GOD to order your steps and guide your tongue because the rate that you are going, you will be nowhere………..FAST. Get it together, and stop acting like everyone is against you.

    I will pray for you Solange. I love your music; you have a very soulful style.

    I am unable to see things from her perspective; from my perspective, she has a poor attitude. I would not like being the in the shadow of my big time celebrity sister and brother-in law, neither. Solange does deserve as much as being referred to as Solange; she isn’t a big enough name to act a fool, though. In time she will learn…

    Again…my prayers go to you.
