The house is on a man made lake in NC, not an ocean! There is no ocean in Charlotte. The house is also for sale for 4.4 million. It's a steal. Don't know if he is broke or what, but he spent an awful lot of coin in furnishings in that crib to go along with the house, and he's middle of the pack as far as the top drivers go.
