Once again she killed it with the accessories (not in a good way either)..Her hair and makeup look decent this time around..not crazy about the dress itself or the shoes for that matter..She can NEVER get it quite right..God Help her!!

I am never feeling Solange,nor Rihanna so MO can we please see women with style and class. Solange always look like she is crying for attention, look at all the clothes she wears no one can be that horrible of a dresser.

I like the dress and the shoes, but the headpiece and the necklace has got to go.
