The publicity machine has started running in a major way for one of the world’s biggest singers. Beyonce’s 3rd album is scheduled to hit stores on November 18th; that’s exactly 14 days after Sen. Barack Obama wins the most important election this country has ever seen. Most artist need a huge promotional push to make the public take notice. Bey, however, doesn’t.
