William Balfour Threatened Hudson Family

A source has told UsMagazine that William Balfour threatened the Hudson family a month before the tragedy took place. Everything about this character looks shysty.

A friend of Jennifer Hudson says he tried to warn the family about William “Flex” Balfour, who is currently considered a “person of interest” in the shooting deaths of Hudson’s mom, Darnell; brother, Jason and 7-year-old nephew, Julian.
Balfour, 27 – who is divorced from Hudson’s sister, Julia, a bus driver – got into a huge fight with Julia, Darnell and Jason about a month ago, a neighbor says in the newest issue of Us Weekly. James Peyton, Hudson’s ex-fiance, was also present.
“Flex tried to start a fistfight with Jason, and James beat up Flex,” the neighbor adds.
Shortly after, Flex began to threaten the family, saying “he would kill Julia and mess up everyone in the house,” the source tells Us.
The supposed reason of the feud? TMZ.com reports Balfour clashed with the family after Julia claimed he sold one of their cars without permission.
“Flex was crazy, but Jason never took him seriously,” the source tells Us. “Jason always thought he would be safe, that he could protect himself.”
The estranged couple had screaming matches, and had “been having problems, but I never expected anything like this,” neighbor Angela Russell admits to Us.
(Flex’s mother, Michele Davis Balfour, insists her son “had nothing to do with this.”)
Balfour is currently being held on violation of parole stemming from an attempted murder conviction in 1999. The AP reports that he was arrested on June 19 for allegedly having a rock of crack cocaine in his car – but his parole was not revoked then.
Meanwhile, Hudson is determined to hold her family together as she grieves for her mother, brother and nephew – whom she was especially close to.
“Jennifer was like [Julian's] second mom,” Ernest Moore, a neighbor who is related by marriage, tells Us. “Whenever she was around, she spent a lot of time with the boy.”
Mediaoutrage- If he is responsible for these heinous crimes then they need to torture him, forget prison.

They need to put that dude under the jail,no matter of fact, he needs to be raped and killed on the spot, and sent directly to Hell, do not pass go, do not collect $200.
I sorry I have no sympathy for people who kill children. That child had nothing to do with this, it was grown folks business, and he shouldn’t have taken his life. He needs to be tortured and killed….this man is no good….

@ DT- he went into prison for the first time @ 18 & he’s 5′5″ about 160 lbs. He’s probably been through half of what you’re thinking already and a few things even you couldn’t dream up.
Too many black men come of age in prison where God knows what torture they’re put through. I’m not condoning what he did, killing anyone (especially children) is wrong, but I have no doubt he left prison angry & emasculated, looking to defy someone…

Anyone who harms a child doesn’t need mercy. Bump that I’m all for capital punishment, but let me do it.

I dont believe that. A lot of men come out angry and emasculated from this system and I know a lot of brothers who went in and came out survivors. This punk killed 3 people and a 7 year old innocent child had nothing to do with his manhood.
But it’s ok, I hope Jammal and Taquan take real good care of him during shower time or out on the rec yard…..

Bump prison. He didn’t learn anything when he was there the first time. Horticulture, my azz. He was in there the first time for attempted murder and car jacking wasn’t he? This time his attempt was successful. Whats the use of wasting hard earned tax payer money on a fool that don’t deserve it.

@ DT- true, many brothers have survived paying their debt to society. I guess I’m just more of a thinker, I always want to ponder WHY someone would get it in their head that they need to do something like kill a child.

yes i hope they torture dude. he killed Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother, and nephew for no reason. he’s taken too much away from people and left holes in people’s hearts and lives that they may never recover from. prison would be too easy for him.

I don’t wish anything bad on this man unless he is found guilty. Everyone assumes he did it because he is the only one the police are lookin at. They need to be looking at all suspects. For all we know he didn’t do it! I don’t know him, but I know a lot of people that have been to jail and did time, but would never do something like this! Lets not prejudge or try this man in the media. Im just sayin. If I was an attorney which I plan to be if I can get through school, I would glady defend him.

I knew he did it. His mother needs to realize that she raised a b*t*h for a son and just accept it. Im so sorry for the hudson family. I hope he is proved guilty and sentenced to death. I want them to shoot him multiple times just like he did others. He doesn’t deserve life one bit at all. I love J Hudson and her and her family will always be in my prayers.
