Comedian/Actress Wanda Sykes spoke at the gay rights rally in Las Vegas on Saturday and decided to let the world know that not only is she a lesbian but she’s a married lesbian.

No. I don’t support same sex marriage…friend or not, but I would never think of hurting or harming a gay or lesbian person.
How they live their own life is their business as long as it is not physically harming others.

I was about to put my foot in my mouth and say I would have never thought she could have been gay, but then I thought it’s almost 2009, and we have a damn pregnant man, we have about 4, people that are about to steal $700,000,000,000 from the taxpayers of the united states and we are about to stand by and let it happen. Not to mention all of the other incredible shit that has happened. So anything and I mean anything is possible.

Tell me who owns the United States Federal Reserve? Is it run by the government? Who issues our money? Im asking you because a lot of the readers on this site seem to be very informed about how government really works and is run. I learn a lot by reading the comments on this site.

@ Yvonne, I have gay friends and right now I am not their favorite person. We had a deep discussion today they said friends support each other no matter the cause and how it is supported I should be there. My viewpoint was, yes you are my friends and very close friends I might add however I can’t support something I know is wrong. There are other issues going on with this subject and them. I just wanted to know that.

I so knew she was gay. About the prob 8, yeah i support it. I am also pro choice. I might not marry a woman, ( or hell i might), but who the hell am i to tell someone that they cant marry someone else? If you believe in it or not. But I also believe in Obamas plan, that no he doesnt believe that they should be able to get married but they should have equal rights in health care, insurance, all of that. Now I think that is a great compromise. In Arkansas I think, they just passed a bill that you have to be married to adopt, counting out homosexuals. I think that is crazy and biased and this whole gay bashing thing, reminds me of our fight for civil rights.You know they tried to hold us down simply for the color of our skin. They said we were filthy and didnt deserve the same rights they did. Sound familiar? They used the Bible to try to justify their actions. Sound familiar? How can you judge someone because of who they love?

@ 1coolazzchic…You can’t compare the bible,our struggles, and gay rights together. One certainly rule out the other and thats the bible and gay rights. If gay people put themselves out there to be judged by publicly saying this is my issues deal with it.They open themselves to be judged by some of us that think it wrong per the bible, and others that just don’t like the whole gay lifestyle. I have nothing to say about their life style,cause it’s not for me to say just don’t get their backs up against the wall when I won’t stand in protest for the world to see,about props 8. Because I am against gay marriage.Props * is not about them having rights as a couple, it’s about not allowing them to be married and have it as a law.

In 1835 Andrew Jackson was able steer the United States into a debt free era. He did this by doing away with the Central Banking System (same system that the reserve operates under) But through underhanded scare tactics, inside help and tricky timing they were able to get approval to reestablish the central banking ststem. First off the Federal Reserve is not accountable to the U.S. Government eventhough the members of the board are picked by the President of the U.S. and the Senate Or Congress and they serve 12 or 14 year terms on the board of the Federal reserve. So I guess its safe to say that it is Privately run with government interest and minor Government influence. The Federal Reserve controls the Interest rates in America due to what state they want the economy in at that paticular time. They also determine how much currency there is in circulation. One thing that they do is make currency when there is money to be loaned, I.E. If a 70,000 loan to be taken out they make sure that there is 70,000 generated to cover that loan. But loans have interest so therefore if there is only 70, 000 generated to to cover that loan there is not enough money in circulation to cover that interest, now we have a deficit. Now this is how they do every loan so the more loans we have the more deficit we have. So the U.S. is and will always be in debt. The system is made so we will never get out of debt. Now when the Country needs money to fight wars or fund programs and projects we get a loan from from the Reserve, and that loan is paid back by our taxes. Now in all actuality with a system set up like this it is obvious who realy calls the shots. The folks at the reserve says when it is time to do the things that make the central bank its money. The problem we have now is that banks are not giving loans which means money is not being generated which is making it hard for people to find the money to pay off the interest of the loans that are still outstanding, this effects everythging because business have loans which means that they have to cut back to meet their loan requirements. The first thing that goes is the quality of the product then it’s the people that work fo those businesses. I hope that helped you

To feel like knowing wether it wrong or not comes down to reading between the lines and asking youself questions. Now I take the Bible and ask myself what does God want from the union between two people and Bible says that they are to be fruitful and multiply. Man and Man cant multiply, woman and woman cant multiply only man and woma can multiply and thats what I go by. But thats only my philosophy and I could be as wrong as a slab of spare ribs being eaten by a Klansman at a Mosque.

I delved in with a blogger or two before, asking them to prove their facts or give sources…their answer was a “no response”.
I then performed my own research study only to discover the the “facts” delivered were not accurate.

Thank you very much for taking the time to explain all of that to me. Someone just told me the other day that the government didn’t run or own the Federal Reserve and i was shocked to say the least. The more and more I learn about the real workings of this government, its disgusting. My man talks a lot about the real workings of government. So thanks again.
@ Rocksee- Thanks for the advice. I usually do follow up with my own research but I figured that I have read so many comments with 2020 breaking things down that I just wanted him to lay the foundation for me.

I understand your dilemma, but a true friendship goes both ways.
IMO, if I had a lebisan or gay friend and they knew from my heart that I didn’t support same sex relationships, they would understand and accept my decision not to join their rally or whatever, just like I accept their decision to live a lifestyle different from mine and we would still remain friends.
After all, you didn’t say you disliked THEM as a person, you just don’t accept their lifestyle and this should not cause a rift between you and your friends, that is if they are truly your friends.

@ Yea I Said It, I am like you I have a number of gay friends but they know I love them dearly. I just can’t make that choice to stand up for gay marriage, we accept that I accept them and where my personal boundaries are. Your real friends will get ticked for a minute, but will accept your right to agree to disagree.(Your real friends) friends don’t agree on everything, we’re totally different unique people that makes us who we are. You are not wrong for your opinion. Don’t stay down because of it “real friends” will be back!!!
