Kelly Monaco who is better known as “Sam” on General Hospital was at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Vegas yesterday to announce a new show. We want to know are you feeling her outfit selection? Kelly does her thing on GH big time. Melanie Brown was also in the building.

As much as I love GH they need to change the name of that Soap to Sonny’s Mob..cause just about everyone is tied to mob’s drama!
But to answer MO’s question, the outfit is almost as cute as my God daughter’s school uniform I personally think it’s for teens and young adults this dress seems a bit school girlish.
Kelly is in her mid thirties but hey like my mama tells me if you got then flaunt it!
