You cannot follow strict diets as your lifestyle would not suit that either. Eat what you love to eat while doing what you love to do. Meaning..Cut down the quantity of each meal by suppressing your appetite. Have the habit of drinking yughurt drink or even water, a glass or two before each meal. Early dinner and sleep late. In between, have plenty of water( 2 ltrs by your bedside) as you read or do anything that interest you to divert your attention from any snacks..(Preferably, store them in a place which is inconvinient for you to just grab 'em :)) It'll be great if you could engage yourself in some online games or even chatting ..something that can keep you 'so occupied' for hours around your usual snack time..(4 to 7) Play your favorite music and dance till you sweat.
