Beyonce doesn’t rock her real engagement ring out in public too much. Well let’s think about this, it is worth $5 million. Instead, she wears the $5,000 version during parties and performances. The $5 million ring is 18-carats. Sources say that even though the $5 million piece is insured, she still just doesn’t feel comfortable wearing such a valuable stone. Peep the $5 million ring when you

    Love the ring…fake or not!!!

  6. Okay, I gotta spit my 2 cents on this nonsense. Somebody explain the logic of purchasing a $5 million ring only to keep it locked away? WTF is that all about? If you feel too uncomfortable wearing it, it means that it’s excessive and a liability risk as a celebrity. Yes, we get it, you make tons of money and have no better way of spending it or you lack the creativity/imagination on how to SHOW OFF your wealth…”Bling Bling, they spinnin’ nigga they spinnin’…yes we all now, NEW MONEY mentality”….I ain’t impressed, but this is beyond assanine. Here’s a new word to introduce into your vocabs…PHILANTHROPY. DAYUM. Rebuild some homes in New Orleans or have a Boys & Girls club built in your honor, at least there is no worry of somebody jackin’ you. Celebrities get on my last damn nerves with their stupidity. Sheesh. SMDH. WOO-SA…*rubbing my ears*

I’d trade that $5M ring to buy her a sense of style (if that makes any sense)…How can you have all of that money and still let your tacky ass mother dress you…

I say it’s her ring, her choice to wear or not to wear…. Not mine so I don’t care.. IMO

I feel ya caramelkisses, these celeb. need 2 put more time in disaster places, and help build the community.

@ Random – that is so true!

@ Caramelkiss – I agree, but I think Bey just wanted people to know Jay got her a 5 Million dollar ring! But I thought she said she didn’t want a ring and they supposedly have tatoos on their ring fingers instead. I don’t even know why I am repeating what this chic says in her interviews..

It makes sense that she would wear the less expensive one out often. Wearing such expensive jewelry out in the public can be dangerous for the individual. Not a big deal but thats nice that she has a $5million ring.

Amen @post #7. With all that money y is she always looking so damn country. And, y is it that when she opens her mouth she sounds so uneducated.

As far as the ring goes….so what if you have a 5 mill doll ring. That does not determine the strength or the faithfullness of your marraige. Then, as arrogant as these two are I am surprised that she does not have a 10 mill doll ring.

I agree wit ATL. There are plenty of celeb women who have expensive jewlery. She tells ppl what its worth cuz she don’t have SELF worth. U can tell what her priorities are. Im quite sure Jada Smith has a million dollars worth of jewlery from Will. Now how often does she talk about it. Bey is the type of person that will put her business in the street and then get pissed when she get robbed. Note to Bey: read the Paris Hilton post

Its a good decision to wear the less expensive ring out for most appearances, especially performances. No need to take any unnecessary chances with a 5 mil ring! Beyonce Headlines and video Clips
