It is now official folks!!!! Barack Obama was just sworn in as the 44th President of The United States of America!!!!!! It’s a beautiful thing! Congrats Mr. President and we look forward to 4 years of turn around. President Barack Obama!

Obama is bi-racial yet the press keeps calling him African American-ignoring that his mother was white and that a white woman raised him-influencing him to be the man he is today. The press is ignoring that he is half-white as if that is a problem?
And, that there is no Rabbi present on the dias. Obama is supposed to be open-minded and presumed to wanting to treat human beings with the respect they deserve yet where is the presence of a Rabbi on the dias?

There was a time when a whole group of people are brought to this continent against their will and then told they were not and couldn’t be worth anything more than the dirt under our feet.
Fast forward to now an obvious association has been made with race or skin color because of the not so distant TRUE HIISTORY of this Great country…
So now this country has the 1st of 44 presidents that is of brown complection become president on the very steps built by slave labor in September 1793.
Take this brief story and reverse the people and outcome and tell me how you would feel on this very day…
I f you would not be happy and enthusiastic about this very moment than that of course is your choice.
Enjoy yourself in your anti-enthusiasm. I’m not riding with you on that.
The energy of joy and happiness expressed on this very day couldn’t be over shadowed by your comment…

Never have i been prouder in my life to be black than I was yesterday and am right now! It was so historical and moving. I watched the events. Took off of work yesterday and me and my homies watched the event and celebrated. Our President Is Black! I said this at work this morning and a white co-worker got offended and asked why it has to be about color or race? I told her I’m not at all a racist. I just told her to check history and she would understand where this emotion stems from. I had to shake my head at her for even asking me some dumb ish like that on a day like today. 44 presidents and the first one black? Okay enough said. I’m still smiling from ear to ear y’all! We did it!!!!!

We were crying all day yesterday..we stood outside for 12 hours but it didn’t matter I got a few shots of the man himself and I couldn’t be more happier!!
My 70 year old grandma traveled from Florida to witness the event and we couldn’t ask for a better man to be in office! He is truly a role model for our young children he displays characteristics that young children need to learn: virtue, patience, honesty, courage, integrity and the list goes on..
I encourage everyone if you haven’t picked up President Obama’s books: Dreams of My Father and The Audacity of Hope then YOU SHOULD TODAY!! This man has come from a humble upbringing!!!
