Toni Braxton Impersonator Arrested

A woman by the name of Trina Johnson was arrested for setting up concerts in Toni Braxton’s name and then getting on stage and performing as her Lol!

Toni Braxton fans in South America were excited about seeing the “Unbreak My Heart” and “You’re Makin’ Me High” singer on stage this weekend… there was one problem though… Toni was not booked to perform at the show they’d paid for !
According to Suriname sources, an impersonator had fradulently set up concerts in different cities stating that she was Toni Braxton.
Over the weekend the impersonator took to the stage and caused a near riot after fans realized that she, Trina Johnson, was not Toni.
Left surprised, Toni Braxton issued the following statement regarding the situation:
“Many apologies to the fans for the misrepresentation. We are working on finding out exactly what happend and what the whole situation was.”
In a recent article, Trina Johnson, the impersonator, believes she did nothing wrong. Stating she has no idea why people thought the “real” Toni would be there, Johnson says she was there to do an “imitation act” only.
Tickets for the concert were sold for US$20 and US$25 while VIP-tickets were costing US$55.
Mediaoutrage - Lmao she is definitely wildin’. Why would you think there’s nothing wrong with impersonating someone and taking money from innocent fans? Maybe her defense in court will be “Look your honor, it’s a muthaf*ckin recession, what you want?”

The crowd should’ve turned that concert into a main event–she would’ve quickly seen what was wrong with it… Mofo you’re a common person you’re not Toni… If I was Toni, I’d sue the hell out of her just for f*&king with my identity…Hopefully, no one paid for VIP- they should be the main ones allowed to get a couple of licks in. Toni needs to Ike Turner that fool if she not going to sue… It’s good she apologized to her fans, but she need to show this Trina chick don’t f&*k with my name…

Does she look like Toni? Then had the nerve 2 charge 55dollars Vip, but she did nothing wrong.
I couldn’t been in Vip. After a few drinks in me and I realized it wasn’t her, she would’ve known she did wrong. Cause I would’ve grab a bottle and chop her azz, for playin with my money! Ya know what ya did wrong now!

Guys wake up.. she is a tribute artist – the same as 1000″s all over the world. They do gigs as a tribute artist – she was booked as a tribute artist. The Suriname promoter did wrong – advertising it as the real artist. (She has disappeared with all the money)… This girl did nothing wrong – look at the evidence. There are 1000′ s of acts all over the world tributing 1000’s of different artists and bands…. they do it all legally – they dont try to pretend they are the real thing – and neither did this girl – go get the promoter… and let this girl go home….
