Lloyd Banks hit up Prime in NYC last night for his birthday bash. Wackest rapper alive, Tony Yayo was in the building but no sign of 50 Cent. Ladies, if Lloyd was a regular Joe from around the way, could he get the digits, dinner, or MIDDLE FINGER with a lot of PEPPER SPRAY??
