A concert promoter is suing the sh*t out of Michael Jackson for allegedly RENEGGING on a tour with his sibblings.

MICHAEL JACKSON is facing legal action from a concert promoter for failing to join his siblings for a JACKSON 5 show.
The Thriller hitmaker’s manager signed a contract on behalf of the pop superstar to perform with sister Janet and brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine and Marlon at the Cowboy Stadium in Arlington, Texas next year (10).
But the deal with AllGood Entertainment was reportedly dependent on Jackson not negotiating any other gigs – meaning his string of comeback summer (09) shows in London broke the contract, according to TMZ.com.
The company’s bosses reportedly met with the 50-year-old and his father Joe at a Beverly Hills hotel on Saturday (16May09) to renegotiate but Jackson still refused to participate in the show – allegedly because it is set to be aired on a pay-per-view basis.
Patrick Allocco of AllGood Entertainment resubmitted his offer for the singer to perform with the Jackson 5 and Janet without the pay-per-view clause.
Allocco reveals Jackson is to be paid $3 million (£2 million), Janet Jackson $1 million (£666,000), with the other brothers receiving $500,000 (£333,000) between them for the one-off show.
If Michael Jackson refuses to accept the offer, Allocco tells TMZ.com he will sue the star next week (beg17May09).

Butttt, in defense to MJ they said his manager made that deal- did they hear the words come from MJ’s mouth that he would be performing??? But
