Ciara and LaLa were spotted having a good time this past weekend at Luda’s Summer Splash. LaLa was really wearing that dress. That photographer needs to hit with somebody’s car for not getting that back shot. Is Ciara’s outfit hitting on anything?

Looks to me like the photographer caught an “exchange” about to go down. Muscle girl looks “suspect,” Ciara look all happy like, “YAY! IT’S HERE!” and LaLa look nervous as hell like, “Ciara girl, I ain’t neva lettin’ you talk me into this bullshit no more”
On a side note, Ciara lookin’ like a skinny-ass black version of Ellie Mae Clampett with that damn tablecloth on.
