Who says Reality Television is wack as hell?  Either way the network executives are loving all the drama poppin’ off each and every week because they are serving up some excellent ratings.  Tiny & Toya have set a BET record for the highest rated original program ever.

Via Eurweb:

*BET’s new reality series “Tiny & Toya” has set a ratings record for the network.

Tuesday’s season finale drew more than 1.9 million total viewers, which gives it a season average of 1.8 million, according to Nielsen Media Research. And that 1.8 million average makes “Tiny & Toya” the top rated original series in BET history.

The night was capped off by the season premiere of “Frankie & Neffe,” which brought in 1.9 million total viewers and stands as the second highest-rated series debut in BET history.

“Tiny & Toya” chronicled the everyday lives of T.I.’s girlfriend Tiny and Lil Wayne’s ex-wife Toya – “two ordinary women, brought together in friendship by their shared experiences surviving the pitfalls of fame alongside superstar significant others,” stated BET.

“Frankie & Neffe” follows R&B singer Keyshia Cole’s mother (Frankie) and sister (Neffe) as they strive to gain financial independence and take charge of their own lives.

Mediaoutrage-  Congrats to Tiny & Toya.

    Good for them!

This is the one & ONLY reality show that I watch(ed) and actually liked. In my opinion, it wasn’t filled with a bunch of bullshit nonsense! Tiny & Toya kept it real without all that!

That is not alot of viewers 1.9 million. Kloe and kourtnery had 2.7 million, so they have a way to go…. both shows should not be on the air, I do not watch just glimpse. We need some good shows not reality shows, I have my own drama and shit.

That show is actually awesome. These youngs ladies are very positive examples for any young woman. They are very focused on their families and their careers. They’re actually taking classes on how to invest their money and such, and on top of that they also help produce the show. Its one of the best representations of Black women that BET has ever had, seriously. Just when I was about to give up on BET this show comes along and it is the only thing I watch on the channel.

I have only seen part of the show twice. Tiny seems like a nice family oriented person and thats good but thats about it, Lil Waynes baby mama brings even less to the table than that. I mean the only thing that they have over Quita, Leisha, shanqisha, Edwina and Tomjericka rond the way is that the have babies by Rappers. But hey I have limited knowledge about the show, so I might just need to fall back….JMO

I watch this show and I like it, at least so far. Both ladies seem like they are really trying to make postive changes in their lives and with their families.

Toya and Tiny have not stooped to buffoonery to get their point across with where they are going and why.

I thought Toya was so cute when she went on that date with the basketball player. I swear the girl was blushing. LOL
