WTF I thought she had 20 G’s to her name about 9 months ago. O.K. let me add this up. Ok if she puts down her last $20,000 as a down paymment on her $10,000,000 crizzo (yeah right) that leaves he with $9,980,000 left to pay. Now over 20 years that would be a payment of $41,590 per month. Oh let me go back and add the 7 percet interest on that. My bad with interest that is about $44,500. Damn Rhi Rhi doin the damn thing. But if she takes and sells her shoe collection she can pay that crib off right now today cash money!!!!!

The house allegedly sold for $6,900,000 and I would even bet that it’s a 30-year mortgage and she got some type of advance for the release of her upcoming CD. It’s not outside the realm of possibility that Jay-Z lended his financial assistance. Probably wanted to get her ass outta NY – too close to wifey.

I know she had to sign her next three Cds away, cause she broke as shit. No self respecting real-estate company is Gonna take less than $20,000 down on a crib worth a penny over $200,000.
