Tila Tequila is real mad that the DA gave her a nice MIDDLE FINGER and a big F**K YOU! when he dismissed the charges against Shawne Merriman for allegedly choking her,  so now the attention whore has taken to Twitter to try and ride on Chris Brown?  SMH….
