Damn, I feel sorry for Fred.(For AJ too). Personally, I don’t feel like Fred should be charged with anything but battery what they have failed to report is that A.J. attacked Fred with brass knuckles first. Also, Fred did not attack him with a weapon so that’s another reason why I think that he should get off. A.J. went to the bodytap to fight. He thought that he was a bad ass. Even though there is no reason for a person’s life to be taken. You have to pick your battles wisely. And by him getting only a $10,000.00 bond seems to me like he might be headed towards getting off.

This is one of those crazy abnormalities that will end up as an episode of Law & Order. It took the perfect storm of circumstances for an ordinary fight to turn into murder. How sad for all involved, but no one more than that team of kids he left behind. That’s going to be a tough road for them and Kandi (who has legal custody of two).

When a person has the Sickle cell trait they can not over exert themselves. They usually will not have any health problems. They are just the carrier. So if he married someone with the trait. Then their children will have Sickl cell. He was fighting which was a shock to his system. This is sad.
