Mmm… i guess coming from someone who dabbled in designing that skirt is FIRE!!! Her ensemble needs work but that skirt along with necklace is the BEST thing she has on. I know the looks she was going for but she failed miserably… she looks untidy! He hair is unkempt, shirt too baggy and shoes too plain, even looks worn, just all wrong.
