Alicia Keys dropped her album cover for fans to take a peek at.  Her album The Element of Freedom will hit stores Dec. 15.  Will you be copping it?

    I guess, she figured that she didn’t have to look like a pigeon, in order to get her point across. In this new pic, there is still that bird element, which I guess is supposed to represent flying and being free.

    So, hand claps goes out to her for choosing this cover over the last one.

    As for copping the album, I’ll need to hear a few more songs before I make that decision. I’m not too impressed with the songs she has out now.

    No, she sounds like an even raspier Keyshia Cole, her voice is not that amazing.

    But the main thing, is all she ever sings about is love…what the heck? Ever since she’s been out, since 2001-ish, I’ve NEVER heard her linked up with ANYONE, until now with Swizz Beats.

    So, she sings about love, but is a home-wrecker? Nope.

    But I’m just over the whole “he broke my heart, boo hoo” thing…

    Is love the only topic a song can be about? So over this music industry.

    Now she’s a homewrecker.

    I wonder what it’ll be next year?

    @RalphyJ, AK had some songs ‘not’ about “love” on As I Am, but I feel what you’re saying if your referring to this new record. Just know that when you get tired of hearing about love, you can always switch to the likes of other songstresses who sing about being in a club and sweeping the flo’ with it and telephones and chinchillas and russian roulettes and…well you get my pic.

    And wasn’t she rumored to be with Kerry Krucial Keys when the lesbian rumors ran rampant back in the day?

    I’m not feeling AK’s music as of lately, and I’m usually a fan of her music. She lost me at “doesn’t mean anything”. It sounds too much like “no one”. And not to mention the video was boring.
