A woman who claims to have been Katt Williams‘ assistant says the comedian made a joke out of her loyal service – and now she’s looking to have the last laugh to the tune of $232,000.
Jacqueline Gutierrez filed a complaint with the California Labor Commission against Kattpack Investments, INC. — after she was allegedly never paid for the 10 months she was on the road with the comedian.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Gutierrez also claims she had to pay all of her own expenses during the tour — including food and lodging — and racked up huge bills in the process.
Gutierrez claims she’s owed $100,800 in wages, $32,000 in out-of-pocket expenses, $58,645 in hotel bills and on and on — a grand total of $232,645.

Ok this must be bull because who the hell continues to work for 10 months without getting paid???? WTF!!!!!! Come on sweetie……. Can you say Contract?????? How the hell you on tour paying your own way and not getting paid, WTF….. why did she continue to work?????? Why Sue Now???????

I’m with ya’ll up top.
You crazy as hell to work 10 months and not get paid. And she talking ’bout out-of-pocket expenses she shouldn’t have been paying? Well if you saw that coming, shouldn’t you have been said or did something about it? Ho please!
Katt definitely hit it for FREE, got tired of it and now she wants him to pay for it.

Am I reading this right, thats about $10k/month in wages, $5k/hotels and $3k/food what that flyin PHuck was she doing when that second month check aint come. Honestly, who is cool with a $18K monthly expenses that arent being paid? Katt was taggin that a$$ for free and now she’s thinks she’s entitled to something like she was PHuckin Tiger Woods.
