NBC Drops Jay Leno and all 4 of his chins

Jay Leno is being kicked to the curb by NBC.
Via Celebrity-Gossip:
According to breaking reports, chairman of NBC Universal Entertainment Jeff Gaspin told that the move to pull Leno for the 10PM slot will go into effect on February 12.
While the network still hopes to make changes to keep Leno for an 11:35PM show, followed by Conan O’Brien at 12:05PM before closing things out with Jimmy Fallon – nothing is set in stone.
Gaspin tells, “It’s not a done deal yet. Beyond that is a private conversation and when it all settles, you can talk to them about that. We’re back in conversation tomorrow.”
As for O’Brien’s future with NBC, Gaspin said, “Conan’s motivation will become more clear as time goes on. We gave something important to him, which was The Tonight Show, made it clear that it was moving with him. Conan wanted the franchise of The Tonight Show; Jay wanted to tell jokes at 11:30. Still things [need] to be worked out.”

If I was Conan O’Brien I would take the $80 millions from NBC for breach of contract, relax for the next 4 years then make a comeback on another station. Conan his right to be angry with NBC the made him move his television staff and his family from NY to LA.
