Chris Brown and plenty of other celebrities were on hand at American Airlines Arena BET’s Saving Ourselves Help for Haiti Benefit. So dope to see the celebs go hard for the people in Haiti that suffered such devastation. Common, Spike Lee, Monica, Wyclef, Nas, Akon, Pharrell, LL, Mike Tyson, Queen Latifah, Gloria Estefan, Bill “I love some head” Clinton, Diddy and more were all in the building…
