    from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zoe_Saldana

Zoe Saldana was born Zoe Yadira Zaldaña Nazario[4][5] or Zoe Yadira Zaldana Nazario[1] in New Jersey,[2][6] United States, to a Dominican father and a Puerto Rican mother.[7][8][9]

hmmm, brown skin does not = black. It appears that she is what most would call Hispanic American.

THis woman is three shades darker than me and every Black American I know and she is seen in the eyes of the world and Hollywood as Black there is nothing brown about her, not to mention her features. Yes, she said she was Black which is why she is on the cover of Essence as well as frequently playing roles for black women. I doubt seriously if she is Puerto Rican though, if she was she wouldn’t admit it and neither would I. She is Dominican only and was partially raised there. Puerto Ricans have no one except JLO and her crackhead husband.

She never plays Puerto Rican roles because she’s not Puerto Rican! Never go to wikipedia for facts because asshole trolls like the idiot troll on this blog constantly changes the facts about people.
