Steadman: Chicago Doesn’t Appreciate Oprah

As her time in Chicago draws closer to an end, long-term boyfriend, Steadman Graham is being more vocal about Chi-Town’s unappreciation of the queen of all media. Here’s what he had to say over the weekend about you ungrateful bastards in the Windy City (Yea I Said It Lol)….
*As “The Oprah Winfrey Show” prepares to end next year, the TV host’s longtime boyfriend Stedman Graham went on a rant Saturday about the lack of props she’s been given in her home base of Chicago.
“I really don’t think they appreciate her. I don’t think they understand the value of who she is as a human being and what she’s done,” Graham said of Chicagoans in an interview with WFLD-Channel 32 news.
Graham was promoting a golf event taking place over the weekend for Athletes Against Drugs, a charity he founded. But when one of the anchors mentioned that the idea of Winfrey leaving town has yet to sink in for a lot of people, it apparently triggered some latent frustrations.
“I’m just saying from an insider’s point of view that I don’t think she gets her just due based on who she really is and what she’s done for the Chicagoland area. It’s home for her, and it’s just natural for people to kind of take her for granted — until you leave,” Graham said.
According to the Chicago Sun-Times, he pointed out that Winfrey reaches 20 million people a day in 115 countries, has done charitable work across the world and has drawn a lot of attention to Chicago.
“A prophet has no honor in its own town,” he said.
Asked if he will go to California with Winfrey, Graham said that though he intends to keep his business here, “I probably will be moving in that direction.”
The interview with Graham appeared to get off to a rocky start when an interviewer asked if she could call him “Mr. Oprah Winfrey.”
Mediaoutrage- There’s probably some kind of truth to the statement. Oftentimes, special individuals are taken for granted despite being a diamond in the rough. Just look at how Louis Lane treated Clark Kent, not knowing his true identity and who she really had in her midst. Lmao….

Wonders never seize to amaze me, I recall when Oprah arrived in Chicago hosting AM Chicago, she was just your average talk show host, and then she meets Studman. On each and every show she mentioned his sickening name, now all of sudden he appears out of no where, talking about Chicago does not appreciate her, what has she really done for the inner city children in Chicago? Absolutely Nothing! Not that I’m a racist, but her show is generally catered and attended by Caucasians. Each and every Caucasian that she has endorsed eventually ends up with their own TV show. Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz just to name few, I bet the majority of her employees are Caucasians. How many Afro Americans has she endorsed since her tenure here in Chicago. In today’s news, Ms. Winfrey is looking for the next TV Talk Show Host for her cable network. It will be no surprise to me if that next TV Talk Show host is a…..well, lets just wait and see. But back to Studman, he needs to keep his furry mouth shut!!! and quit pimping Oprah. Oprah needs to know that Chicago made her what she is if anything she owns Chicago!!!!!

Yes, Miss D. Everything you have stated is right on track. Oprah seemed to have looked over most African Americans. Everytime I tried to watch her show, I ended up changing to another channel. Because she hardly ever had many African Americans on her show. Many years ago when the show began, their where more African Americans appeared as her audience and as time moved on years later, she kissed up to more Caucasians giving them the highups by getting them talk shows, and so fourth. We all must remember that Oprah and no other celebrity are not our Heavenly Father, and that’s why the Holy Bible reads “Thy shall have no other Gods before me” so for all people that rely their lives upon being rich and idoltry beliving in Oprah, then you are a pitiful soul. And people that are rich should help everyone that they can, doing the will of God. But when a wealthy person only give their focused attentions toward mostly one race, our Heavenly Father sees that, and that is why it will be harder for a rich person to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven, it goes by how a person earns their money and how they use it. I know of so many celebrities that owns three to five or more vehicles and two to four expensive homes. This is sad, why not help build shelters, build places to feed the hungry, build more churches and put righteous prophets in them, instead of those so called Mason Reverends. If our Heavenly Father ever bless me to have lots of money, I promise to help the poor and the needy. Their are so many people all across America that really needs to be helped. Remember, those on earth that are very rich and not doing right with their money to help others, The Most High God can take their every penny whenever he wants to.
