Tony Parker might have been dipping his stick in some other oil but he’s mad as hell that Eva decided to air their dirty laundry for the world to smell.

Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are still talking to each other, but the conversations have taken an ugly turn, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Parker has avoided saying anything negative publicly about his estranged wife, but privately there have been heated conversations, a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.

The NBA star is unhappy that Eva asked for spousal support in her divorce papers and angry that she told the world he cheated and exchanged inappropriate texts with a teammate’s wife.

“The marriage has been over for a while and Eva and Tony had agreed how to end things, but then she trashed him publicly and painted herself as the victimized part,” a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

“Now they’ve had some heated conversations about that and behind the scenes the divorce is not friendly, despite what both parties have said publicly.”

Longoria filed divorce papers in Los Angeles last week, while Tony filed his own divorce papers in Texas. Insiders confirm to RadarOnline.com that a venue battle is brewing.

“Some of their conversations have been cordial,” the source told RadarOnline.com. “But as things are heating up their anger toward each other exploded on the phone.

“Tony was surprised that Eva asked for spousal support in her divorce filing,” the source said. “He then filed for divorce in Texas to protect his rights. He doesn’t want to pay her spousal support and doesn’t thing he has that obligation.”

Tony and Eva have a prenuptial agreemen,t and RadarOnline.com learned that it was created under Texas law. Parker just signed a lucrative extension with his San Antonio Spurs, and his wealth far exceeds Longoria’s.

The couple privately agreed to divorce weeks ago, but Longoria still surprised Parker with the timing of her filing. “He didn’t know she was going to do it on that day and had to hear about it from lawyers,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “Publicly they are both saying it’s a friendly divorce but it has taken a very unfriendly turn.”

Longoria wanted to portray herself as the wronged party in the marriage the source said. “That’s why she revealed that she found Tony texting with another woman and that’s how the cheating issue suddenly was in play.”

Tony was sexting with Erin Barry, the wife of his ex teammate Brent Barry.

As RadarOnline.com revealed exclusively, Tony left open an electronic program where her information was secretly stored and Eva found it.

“Eva went to her good friend Mario Lopez from ‘Extra’ and told him about Tony’s indiscretions and Tony was angry and hurt,” the source said. “He confronted her about it and she tried to make an excuse but really what could she say? She wants to be seen as the victim here and she’s throwing dirt on Tony.”

Parker was advised to file his own divorce papers in Texas and he did so late last week. Now a fight over the venue of the divorce is looming and millions of dollars could be up for grab.

“It doesn’t matter what Tony and Eva are saying about how friendly their divorce is, just look at the actions of both,” the source said. “First, she reveals she caught him texting with another woman. Then she asks for spousal support. Then he files his own papers in Texas.

“That’s not a friendly divorce.”

Parker will fight Eva’s attempts to get him to pay spousal support, RadarOnline.com learned.

The NBA star has spoken to Longoria several times since the divorce filing and some of the conversations have been friendly – but others were very heated, RadarOnline.com learned exclusively.

“She trashed him,” the source said. “And she wants everyone to know that the divorce isn’t her fault so she told everyone he cheated. That has created a lot of bad feelings.”
