Halle Berry Quits Film to Prepare for Custody Fight

Halle Berry has backed out of a film that she was scheduled to begin filming in order to prepare for the custody fight with Gabriel Aubry over their daughter Nahla:
LOS ANGELES — Halle Berry has pulled out of a film job to prepare for a custody fight over her young daughter. A spokeswoman for the Oscar-winning actress says Berry backed out of a role in “New Year’s Eve” that was scheduled to shoot in New York this week “due to pending custody litigation involving her daughter.”
Publicist Meredith O’Sullivan did not say where or when the custody case would be heard.
Berry and her ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, have a daughter, Nahla, who will turn 3 in March.
Attempts to reach Aubry on Monday were unsuccessful.

And as many father’s that are RUNNING away from the responsibility, she’s crazy for trying to stop him! And whoever said he was a bad father to begin with? I haven’t heard any negative reports. But iv’e heard PLENTY about her CRAZY ASS!

it will be shared custody….Gab is a good father and loves his daughter very much , I understand she’s the mother, but he deserve to see his daughter as much as her, so hopefully the outcome will be positive,

Halle is not taking any chances that Gab will get full custody. Putting her daughter 1st before some movie shows that she is a good mother.

Yea, i think she is a great mom period! she is always spending quality time with her daughter taking her to parks, amusement centers, picnics, and shopping, she always got that girl, yes i will say .. she is an excellent mom!! and for her to stop filming, and focus on that, she is awesome! she fighting for her baby, and i respect that shit 100%
