Troy Davis was executed by the State of Georgia last night at 11:08 Pm in what is one of the most controversial executions ever carried out in America. 7 out of 9 witnesses recanted their testimonies and some said they were coerced into fingering Troy Davis for the murder of an off duty police officer. Last night the Supreme Court reviewed the case for hours which gave Troy Davis a short delay but they decided to go on with the execution. Read the rest of this entry »
