Usher‘s ex-wife Tameka Foster will be out on the street in less than 60 days — if Usher wants it that way, and she’s totally freaked out.
Sources tell us, the couple — who’s trying to settle a nasty custody dispute — is deadlocked in mediation, and the biggest bone of contention is Usher’s Georgia mansion.
Tameka’s currently living there — but under the divorce settlement Usher can sell the property whenever he wants … as long as he gives her a 60-day heads up.
We’re told Tameka fears Usher is going to pull the trigger — leaving her buried in legal debt with no place to live — so she’s asking him for a permanent home for her and Usher’s kids.
Usher’s response … no way, no how. He says he’s already paid her enough.
And that’s why judges are in business. The trial continues later this month.

Hell no! and I will take that to the bank. Watch how you treat people. Although, I know the media is playing a big part in their divorce. However, she seems like a jealous, evil, controlling, and vendictive women. The children should always be considered. If he’s paying her, why can’t she get her own place with the money he’s buying her. Don’t use that “I need to manage the lifestyle I’m accustomed to” excuse, downsize baby and be regular.

No he should NOT let her continue to live there. Tameka is a goldigger. Usher is already paying her $8,000.00 per month for child support and now she wants $11,000.00, she probably never made that much in a year before she met Usher. The ditch that Tameka is trying to dig for Usher, she better watch herself…she’ll fall into it first. What are her other baby daddys doing for her? Tameka, you are a hoodrat.
