Just 31 yrs old, pretty good shape, but with a seriously concerned look on his face. Wondering how it happened and wanting to do whatever to prevent it from happening again. He told me, “I gotta be here to see my kids grow up” I could totally relate. I walked in the gym today and saw him without recognizing that was the guy I talked to for a while then, I remembered where I knew his face from. I was happy to see he was being proactive concerning what he said when I talked to him. You just never know when, why, or what happens does. Make the most of today!
