Bill Cosby was at Bookends Bookstore in Ridgewood, NJ yesterday signing copies of his new book entitled “I Didn’t Ask To Be Born: (But I’m Glad I Was)”. Have no idea what this literary piece is about but if the subject matter reflects the title it might be something of interest to add to the already extensive library.

Jasmine Guy who will forever be remembered for her role as Whitley Gilbert on “A Different World” attended the College Bound 20th Anniversary at the Hyatt Regency on Capital Hill in Washington DC. Good to see Jasmine on the radar. We still wonder why certain actors and actresses careers never surpassed certain roles.

Bill Cosby and Phylicia Rashad were together again last night at the Riverside Theatre in NYC for a gala. Bill is noticeably older since their reign on top as America’s favorite mom and dad and Phylicia is still bangin’ like a crips and bloods street war.
MO how do Bill & Claire Huxtable look???

Bill Cosby hung out with Hugh Hefner at the Playboy Mansion during the 2011 Playboy Jazz Festival news conference. What an unlikely pair but then again not so much. We’re still grateful to Bill Cosby for giving us the “Cosby Show” and showing the world positive images and messages about our people.

Bill Cosby brought it back home to his roots in Philadelphia the other night for an award gala honoring himself. The Coz was at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts to receive the 2010 Marion Anderson Award.
