Will, Jada and Jaden Smith were spotted enjoying a Sixers game this past Friday in Philly. You know that Will and Jada are now part owners of the organization. It’s good to see this family sticking it out despite rumors of an upcoming divorce.

More family time

Where there’s smoke there’s fire. Rumors have been circulating for months that Will & Jada’s marriage was on the rocks and now it looks like they are definitely moving in the direction of divorce:

Despite denying divorce rumors back in August, it appears that Will and Jada Pinkett Smith may be finally going their separate ways — at least according to In Touch Weekly.

The magazine is reporting that Jada Smith recently met with celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, who has represented the likes of Britney Spears, Maria Shriver, and Kim Kardashian.

A source tells In Touch that Smith has “finally begun to take steps to dissolve their marriage,” even reportedly turning down a role in Keanu Reeves directorial debut to spend time with her kids during this “difficult time.”

The magazine first reported that Will and Jada had separated in August after 13 years of marriage. The pair issued a statement in response to the allegations: “Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are still together, and our marriage is intact.”

The star couple have two kids, Jaden and Willow — whose careers were reportedly at the root of theSmiths’ marital problems – and Will Smith has one son from a previous marriage.

If Jada has indeed met with Wasser, she’ll be in good hands.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) – In the end, the scene looked straight out of an ultimate Broadway encore. One and two owners on the stage turned into seven, eight, nine, all single file and holding enough personalized 76ers jerseys to fill a few racks at the merchandise store.

All that was missing was a bow.

The Philadelphia 76ers are under new management — lots and lots of management, that even includes a dose of Hollywood star power.

New York-based leveraged buyout specialist Joshua Harris and the rest of his ownership group completed the deal to buy the Sixers from Comcast-Spectacor and wasted little time Tuesday making a splash on their first day in power.

Ed Stefanski is out as general manager and team president Rod Thorn will assume greater day-to-day control in running the franchise.

Doug Collins will not only remain the coach, but was asked to stand at the Palestra and was publicly heaped with praise from his new bosses.

Adam Aron, the former chairman and CEO of Vail Resort, is the Chief Executive Officer and promised cost-saving changes for fans. The announced ticket prices for nearly 9,000 seats, yes, even the good ones, will be slashed. Tickets priced at $101 and $54 plummeted to $54 and $29. The Sixers also launched NewSixersOwner.com to solicit fan feedback in an attempt to energize one of the weakest and passionless fan bases in Philadelphia sports.

Harris and Co., who could have used name tags, did everything but address the roster. The lingering NBA lockout banned specific talk about players and a blueprint to build a championship team off limits.

Among the lengthy list of new owners and investors include co-managing owner David Blitzer, former NBA player agent and Sacramento Kings executive Jason Levien, GSI Commerce CEO Michael Rubin, real estate investors, film producers, and Hollywood power couple Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith.

“At the end of the day, Josh is the managing partner,” Blitzer said. “He’s actually a great listener. He’ll take in lots of great opinions. But at the end of the day, Josh gets to make the call. It’s not like there’s 15 people that all have rights to vote and say this and do that.”

Harris is one of three founders of Apollo Global Management, a publicly listed alternative investment manager. He co-founded Apollo Global Management in 1990. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and a master’s degree from the Harvard Business School. Harris’ investment is a personal one and Apollo Management, LP is not involved in the transaction.

The 46-year-old Harris was worth $1.45 billion, according to Forbes, as of September.

Apollo invests heavily in distressed properties — which one could argue would include the Sixers. They can’t fill their arena, haven’t won a playoff series since 2003 and have gone years without turning a profit. Comcast-Spectactor chairman Ed Snider, who called the shots the last 15 years, told The Associated Press last month that massive financial losses led the company to strike a tentative deal to sell the team in July.

“I wouldn’t call the 76ers distressed,” Harris said.

But they are in financial dire straits.

A person familiar to the sale, who talked to The Associated Press on the condition of anonymity because the numbers are not public, said the Sixers lost around $15 million last season and have not turned a profit since 2001-02, the year after they went to the NBA finals.

Comcast-Spectacor bought the Sixers from Harold Katz on April 24, 1996. Comcast-Spectacor also owns the NHL’s Philadelphia Flyers.

“This is one of the hardest business decisions I’ve ever had to make,” Snider said. “The Sixers are family, and it is very difficult to say goodbye to an organization of great people with whom we have worked so closely over the last 15 years.”

Comcast-Spectacor also owns the Wells Fargo Center. The Sixers will become a tenant in the building once the NBA lockout is over and Harris said there are no plans for an NBA-only arena. However, a new practice facility is on the drawing board.

With the rumor mill beating down their door, Will & Jada decided to be seen by the paparazzi while doing a little shopping in Malibu today. We’re not saying the rumors are true because we personally believe these two would be able to work through any marital difficulties but these photos are very convenient only a day in on these separation rumors. Then again if there’s nothing wrong why hide? So we believe Will & Jada are all good in the hood.

Will & Jada were the talk-of-the-town yesterday as rumors of a marital split spread like a California wildfire. TMZ is claiming that reasons for the rift might have something to do with J-Lo’s soon-to-be ex husband Marc Anthony getting a little closer to Jada Pinkett-Smith. SMH!!!

A suspicious Will Smith paid a surprise visit to Jada Pinkett Smith and found her withMarc Anthony … this according to a new report.

In Touch Weekly claims in early August Will had become increasingly suspicious that his wife was having an affair with her “HawthoRNe” co-star Marc Anthony and secretly flew home from a movie shoot.  The mag claims Will walked in the house, found Marc Anthony and Jada together and left the house crying.

Reps for Will and Jada said Tuesday Jada had not been unfaithful to Will, specifically mentioning Marc Anthony in the denial.  A source close to the couple tells TMZ … Marc was at Jada’s home, but in April not August, when he went over to look at a DVD.

In Touch claims Jada and Will have been living separate lives for months.  As we reported, sources close to the couple insist they have not separated, but there are significant problems in their marriage.

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett were moved to the point of issuing an official statement regarding the rumors of a relationship split.

Will and Jada Smith have issued a statement confirming they are still together after a report surfaced on Tuesday suggesting their 13-year marriage had come to an end.

“Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are still together, and our marriage is intact,” Will and Jada said in a joint statement, issued to Access Hollywood.

Will, 42, and Jada, 39, tied the knot in 1997. They have two children together – Jaden, 13, and Willow, 10. Will also has a son, Trey, 18, from a previous marriage.

Will’s previous marriage to Sheree Zampino lasted from 1992 to 1995.

Will and Jada reportedly met when Jada auditioned for a role on Will’s long-running series “The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.”

Back in 2008, Will opened up about his marriage during a visit to “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” and at the time, said “divorce is not an option.”

“What I found is divorce just can’t be an option,” Will told Ellen at the time. “It’s really that simple. And I think that’s the problem with L.A. – there are so many options. So a huge part of the success for [Jada] and I is that we just removed the other options.”

In 2005, Access spoke with Will while he was promoting “Hitch” to talk about the secret to making a marriage work.

“Jada and I spend a lot of time studying relationships and why things work and why things don’t work,” Will told Access Hollywood at the time.

“You’ve gotta love every aspect, you’ve gotta love it from every angle,” Will later added.

Meanwhile, Jada said one of the secrets to the couple’s success was finding time – and a place – for each other.

“You have to be willing to move around — to move your romance around. Kitchen, closet, park, parked car,” she laughed during the “Collateral” junket in 2004. “You’d be surprised!”

On putting family first: “I had to make choices. Believe me, I would still be on the road with my band, Wicked Wisdom, and making as many movies as I can a year, and doing all sorts of other things if I didn’t have the responsibility of a family. But I have children with their own talents and dreams, and I know I have to be standing next to them for that journey.”

On giving up on her rockstar dreams: “It was excruciating, completely excruciating. When Jaden was auditioning for The Pursuit of Happyness, my band had just gotten an offer to open for Guns N’ Roses in Europe. For me, that was unbelievable. But the choice was: I could be a rock star, or I could be on the set with my son to make sure he was healthy and happy. We all know how that story ended!”

On raising her kids in Hollywood: “Let me tell you what I fear most: Them growing up like I did, in a house with drugs in a war zone, where if I walked out my door I could be shot.
