A lot of you 90′s babies aren’t at all familiar with KRS-1 or his music because he was laying it down decades before Lil Wayne and the rest of these newbies but he’s one of the greatest MC’s to ever grace a mic before the era of big-name endorsement deals. KRS-1 shined during a time when the hip-hop culture was still in its infancy and he was responsible for constructing the foundation along with other dope emcees.
